EU Entry Requirements for Non-EU Nationals<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\nVisa Support Letters<\/strong><\/p>\nWhile EABCT 2026 cannot issue visas, we can provide Visa Support Letters to assist with your application. These letters are available through the online registration system.<\/p>\n
Important:<\/p>\n
\n- Visa Support Letters are issued only after full registration and payment are confirmed.<\/li>\n
- They are sent via email in PDF format, approximately two weeks after confirmation.<\/li>\n
- Make your visa appointment as soon as possible, as some applications may take up to 6 months to process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

EABCT 2026 will take place in Belgium and international participants should be particularly aware of and careful about visa requirements. Please plan your travel well in advance and allow plenty of time to apply for a visa. EABCT 2026 cannot issue actual visas to attend the Congress but can issue a Visa Support Letter to assist with your visa application. Visa Support Letters are issued through the online registration system. If you require a Visa Support Letter, please complete the relevant sections when you register. Please note that Visa Support Letters will only be issued upon confirmation of registration and after full payment for registration fees has been received.
