{"id":893,"date":"2025-10-20T18:58:52","date_gmt":"2025-10-20T18:58:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/eabctcongress.org\/?page_id=893"},"modified":"2025-11-03T11:13:39","modified_gmt":"2025-11-03T11:13:39","slug":"cancellation-payment-policy","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/eabctcongress.org\/index.php\/cancellation-payment-policy\/","title":{"rendered":"Cancellation &amp; Payment Policy"},"content":{"rendered":"[et_pb_section fb_built=&#8221;1&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.4&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][et_pb_row _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.4&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][et_pb_column type=&#8221;4_4&#8243; _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.4&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.4&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; hover_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221; sticky_enabled=&#8221;0&#8243;]<h2><strong><span style=\"color: #008e90;\">Cancellation policy<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span>Any change or cancellation of the registration must be sent in writing to AIM Group Belgium BVBA (<strong><a href=\"mailto:eabct2026@aimgroup.eu\">eabct2026@aimgroup.eu<\/a><\/strong>).<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Cancellation fees will be imposed as follows:<\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span>Registrants cancelling 90 days prior to the start of EABCT 2026 (before 18 June 2026) will receive a full refund minus a 10% administration fee.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>Registrants cancelling between 89 and 30 days prior to the start of EABCT 2026 (between the 19 June 2026 and the 17 August 2026) will be refunded 50% of the amount paid \u2013 if fees are outstanding, the registrant will be liable for 50% of the amount due.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>No refunds will be provided for no-shows or registrants cancelling within 30 days of the start of EABCT 2026 (after 17 August 2026) \u2013 the registrant will be liable for the full amount due.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">In case of VISA refusals there will be a full refund minus a 10% administration fee, on condition that the official refusal of VISA letter is shared with the Congress Secretariat.<\/p>\n<p>A registered person can however be replaced without penalties until 11 September 2026. In this case, the Congress Secretariat has to be informed as soon as possible and provided with the contact details of the replacement. From 12 September 2026, an administration cost of \u20ac 25.00 incl. VAT will be charged for replacements.\u202f<span>\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><!-- \/wp:post-content --><\/p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=&#8221;4.27.4&#8243; _module_preset=&#8221;default&#8221; border_width_top=&#8221;1px&#8221; border_color_top=&#8221;#008E90&#8243; global_colors_info=&#8221;{}&#8221;]<p><!-- wp:heading --><\/p>\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #008e90;\">Payment policy<\/span><\/strong><\/h2>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!-- \/wp:heading --><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!-- wp:heading --><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008e90;\"><strong>Registration Fees and Payment<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!-- \/wp:heading --><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!-- wp:paragraph -->Registration for the Congress and booking of services are binding for the attendee. Any fees due must be paid in advance within 10 working days after receipt of the invoice. Registration will be confirmed once payment is received by the Congress Secretariat.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!-- \/wp:paragraph --><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!-- wp:heading --><\/p>\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"color: #008e90;\"><strong>Payment Options<\/strong><\/span><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!-- \/wp:heading --><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><!-- wp:paragraph -->All payments should be made in EURO. Attendees may choose between two methods of payment: bank transfer (available until 22 August 2026) or online credit card payment.
