Visa Application : EABCT 2026 will take place in Belgium, and international attendees may need a visa to enter the country. We recommend checking your visa requirements as early as possible and starting the application process well in advance.

Visa Support Letters

While EABCT 2026 cannot issue visas, we can provide Visa Support Letters to assist with your application. These letters are available through the online registration system.

Important:

• Visa Support Letters are issued only after full registration and payment are confirmed.
• They are sent via email in PDF format, approximately two weeks after confirmation.
• Make your visa appointment as soon as possible, as some applications may take up to 6 months to process.
