We would like to make you aware of fraudulent emails that are currently circulating regarding hotel reservations for the EABCT event.
These messages may appear legitimate and may claim to offer accommodation services or request that you confirm or book your hotel stay. Please exercise caution, as these communications are not authorized by EABCT.
Please note that AIM Group Belgium is the only official partner handling accommodation arrangements for the conference. If you receive emails from any other company or individual offering hotel booking services related to EABCT, we strongly advise you not to respond, click on any links, or provide any personal or payment information.
If you are ever unsure whether a communication is genuine, please contact the EABCT Secretariat before taking any action.
Your security is important to us, and we appreciate your vigilance in helping protect yourself and other participants from fraudulent activity.
Accommodation
EABCT 2026 Congress and Pre-Congress Workshops
Brussels Booking desk is the official accommodation provider for the conference and has negotiated specially discounted rates with a wide range of hotels.
Accommodation will be sold on a first come, first served basis and the published rates will be available until Wednesday, 19th August 2026.

When your room is reserved you will receive an immediate confirmation by email.
Breakfast is included unless otherwise stated.
